Necessary Materials

Step by Step

1. Design and Preparation for Printing

For this project, we will use the ProRip program, which comes with the Procolored printer. It is important that the designs are simple and have a transparent background. If you would like to use this design, you can download it from here [FREE]. The designs usually come in black, but to print in white, follow these steps:

  1. Open the design in ProRip.
  2. Go to the printer properties and disable unnecessary colors, leaving only the white layers active.
  3. Make sure the design is in mirror mode before printing.

If your DTF printer is A4, rotate the design to make the most of the space. If you use an A3 printer, you can work with rolls for larger designs.

  2. Cures the design in a DTF oven at 120°C (250°F) for 180 seconds.
  3. If you don’t have a DTF oven, you can use a heat press without closing completely, just until the powder melts.
