Why the New PYDLife V20 Sublimation Oven Is a Total Game Changer for 3D Sublimation
If you’ve been in the sublimation world for a while, then you already know how important it is to have equipment that not only works well, but also saves time, allows bulk production, and opens the door to more creative possibilities.
I’ve personally used several sublimation ovens over the years, and I currently own three different sublimation ovens from PYDLife in different sizes. But after testing the new V20 Sublimation Oven with the vacuum tray system, I can honestly say… this one feels like a complete upgrade.
From the sleek modern design to the vacuum sealing system for 3D sublimation, this oven completely changed the way I create custom products.

First Impressions of the PYDLife V20 Sublimation Oven
The very first thing I noticed when unboxing the PYDLife V20 Sublimation Oven was the design.
Most sublimation ovens are usually very plain-looking, but this one honestly feels modern, sleek, and aesthetically beautiful. I absolutely love the light blue color, and the compact size makes it perfect for smaller craft rooms or studios without sacrificing functionality.

Even though it’s compact, the inside capacity is impressive. I was able to sublimate:
- Multiple ceramic mugs at the same time
- Three 30 oz tumblers together
- Large stainless steel bottles
- An extra-large salad bowl
- Phone cases
- Ceramic ornaments
- And other 3D sublimation blanks
For anyone running a sublimation business, this is huge because batch production saves so much time.
The Vacuum Tray Attachment Is What Makes This Oven Special
What truly makes the PYDLife V20 Sublimation Oven stand out is the ability to connect it with the A4 Vacuum Tray Attachment.
This tray allows you to create true 3D sublimation projects using vacuum pressure, which helps designs transfer beautifully onto curved or uneven surfaces.
I tested the tray with:
- Phone cases
- Ceramic ornaments
- Small decorative pieces
And honestly, the color transfer looked beautiful — vibrant, sharp, and well-defined.
The system was also much easier to use than I expected.
Using the 3D Sublimation Film Sheets together with the vacuum tray made the entire process smoother and more professional-looking.
My Favorite Feature: Bulk Sublimation
One of the biggest reasons I love sublimation ovens is the ability to customize several products at once.
With the PYDLife V20 Sublimation Oven, I was able to bake:
- Four ceramic mugs together
- Three large tumblers simultaneously
- Extra-large items without struggling for space
For mugs, I used:
The mugs turned out beautiful with vibrant colors and even transfers.

For tumblers, I tested:
And honestly, seeing three large tumblers sublimating at the same time felt incredibly efficient.
You Can Even Sublimate Extra-Large Items
One of my favorite projects from this test was an extra-large sublimation salad bowl.

I used this beautiful:
And it honestly turned out gorgeous.
The colors came out bright, vibrant, and crisp, and it proved that this oven is capable of handling oversized projects without issues.
That alone opens up so many creative possibilities for custom gift businesses.
The Designs I Used
For my projects, I combined several designs from Creative Fabrica.
Some of my favorites included:
To edit and resize my designs, I used Inkscape along with my sublimation printer setup.
Final Thoughts: Is the PYDLife V20 Worth It?
Absolutely yes.
As someone who already owns multiple sublimation ovens, I can honestly say the PYDLife V20 Sublimation Oven feels like a real step forward.
The modern design, compact size, vacuum tray compatibility, and ability to sublimate multiple products at once make it one of the most versatile sublimation ovens I’ve used so far.
Whether you’re:
- Starting a sublimation business
- Expanding your product line
- Wanting to create 3D sublimation projects
- Or simply looking for a more efficient workflow
This oven is definitely worth considering.
